Estimates and Service Requests

Cleaning estimates are based on the information provided by the client and, when needed, an in-person visit to understand the space. R&O Cleaning Services does not list fixed prices online because every home or office may have different cleaning needs.

Submitting a form, text message, email, or phone inquiry does not guarantee service availability or a confirmed appointment. A cleaning date is only confirmed after communication and scheduling.

Scheduling and Availability

Appointments are scheduled based on route availability, cleaning type, property location, and current service calendar. R&O Cleaning Services focuses on Abington, Philadelphia, nearby Pennsylvania communities, and select New Jersey routes when aligned with the schedule.

We may need to reschedule due to weather, access issues, emergencies, travel delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Payments

Payment terms are discussed before the service is confirmed. R&O Cleaning Services accepts Cash, Zelle, and Venmo unless another payment arrangement is agreed upon in advance.

Clients are responsible for paying for the service as agreed. Additional cleaning requests outside the original scope may require an updated estimate.

Property Access and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This may include access instructions, parking information, gate codes, entry details, or any important notes related to pets, alarms, fragile items, or restricted areas.

• Please secure valuables, cash, jewelry, personal documents, and fragile items before service.
• Please notify us of delicate surfaces, damaged areas, or items requiring special care.
• Please make sure pets are safely secured during the cleaning visit.
• Please disclose any unsafe conditions before service begins.

Cleaning Results and Make-It-Right Approach

R&O Cleaning Services works with care and experience, but cleaning results can vary depending on the age, condition, buildup, staining, materials, ventilation, and previous maintenance of the space or surface.

If something needs attention after the cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible. Our approach is simple: if something needs attention, we come back and make it right when reasonable and related to the agreed cleaning scope.

Service Limitations

R&O Cleaning Services may decline or stop service if a property presents unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, excessive contamination, pest activity, aggressive pets, restricted access, or any situation that may place the cleaning team at risk.

We do not provide post-construction cleaning or carpet cleaning. Services are focused on residential cleaning, office cleaning, regular cleaning, deep cleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and entire home cleaning.
